I saw someone posted a couple codes in another thread on inside drive. Anyone else have codes?

WINDYCITY - rooftop court in Chicago

The rooftop is nowhere near as impressive as the stadiums are though.

Well then I guess no one has submitted any to them. They only put them up as people give them to them.

I read in another forum that during the games when the announcer reads off license plates of cars, those are codes. Any truth to that?
