Rogue Leader: Whats your gold medal strategy?
Level 4 - Prisions of the Maw
I got the silver, but the damn y-wing is too slow to get the gold i think. Anyone got any advice?
Level 8 - Cloud City
I'm too slow, is there something i need to do? Plus, my A-wing gets ripped to shreds and it seems a bit hard to do in one ship with such weak sheilds. Is there a better ship? The X-wing perhaps? Is it fast enough? And do you pick up the cloud car to take out the generators, or can i do it with my first ship?
Level 9- The battle of Endor.
I can't do this level at all. No medals. I can't even pass it. Does anyone have a tip here? It seems a bit hard to figure out which ships are the bombers in that melee of Ties... Awsome Level though!!! Feels like I'm in the movie.

I did the levels on my own, but when it comes to figuring out the best way to get golds I go to GameFAQs.com. Weak, I know, but hey, you're asking!
I'll tell you this for Endor, though: It helps to get upgrades. Look for an FAQ that tells you the locations of some upgrades (advanced lasers and advanced shields are VERY helpful) and get them. It's really not that hard of a level once you get down to it. Just a lot of dogfighting. It's my favorite level.

Level 4: The Y-Wing isn't too slow, in fact no other ship would have any chance because they wouldn't have the bombs. For a gold on this level (I did do it) you MUST have advanced bombs and you really need spread bombs as well. The main trick is to just blow thru the first part as fast as possible to get to the planet and then get really good at bombing. The other trick is that you have to FOLLOW the train after you destroy the communication dishes and you will run through another set of tower guns and little droid guys (thus upping your kill count). Just keep trying. I also tell my guys to flee at the beginning of the level so that they don't get in the way and don't lessen my number of targets. You can die once and still get the gold, so crashing and replinishing your bombs could be a good idea at some point.
Bespin: All I have is a Silver here. I have been told that the Slave 1(at least Silver in all 10 regular missions and first two "secret missions") or Naboo Starfighter (beat training in all 4 times of day) could be helpful here. The main thing is taking down A LOT of balloons and going FAST. You have to learn exactly where the generators are so that you don't have to search for them. Time here is a factor, and you can't be killed.
Endor: Just dogfight and try not to get killed. When the bombers swoop in try to get behind them right as they make their first pass and you should be able to take out 3-5 real fast. After that use your targeting computer if you can't find them. Also, make sure your buddies are going after the Ties because they will take some of them out as well. Use your advanced homing proton torpedoes if needed, but I try to save them for the twin star destroyers. Good luck. AWESOME GAME.
