Not liking 3rd party GC memory card

Well I have been looking for a second memory card for my GC, and thought I would wait for a 3rd party one that had more space. So at the local FuncoLand today they had some in from Nyko, labeled '4mb'. Great I think, 4meg is plenty... this is what I need.

Wrong.

I get this home, and it turns out it is a 4 megabit card. So it's exactly the same space as the Nintendo one, 59 blocks. Pretty underhanded if you ask me. I know that when you're talking about processor and graphics, consoles measure in bits... but I am used to looking at storage space in bytes. Plus, to make matters worse it is a little longer than the first-party one, so it won't even fit in one of the slots that the game cases have. I copied a few of my savees over, but not real happy with the deal!

Ouch. Maybe I deserve it for going for a 3rd party product, but I suggest avoiding one of these memory cards.
