Would you make this trade
I traded my Gamecube for Killer criterion, and Hard Boiled Criterion. It helped the decision that I was going to get a Spice one that was modded anyways. But would you make that trade?

not for those two movies. i have hard boiled cc but not the killer. the fox/lorber versions are good enough.
i'd trade for 400 blows CC though.. (the fox/lorber version is very good also)

Well, I think you made a good trade! If I already didn't own those 2 criterions, I would have made that trade...
those are 2 of my favorite dvds, and I still go back and watch them from time to time.

Depends on what you are going to do with the movies. If you only got them to watch, you could've saved yourself a ton of dough and bought the Fox/Lorber versions (which use the exact same transfer as the Criterion and have comparable features). On the other hand, if you got them to complete your Criterion collection and/or sell, then you got a great deal. The movies will only go up in value, and in a year or two you can sell them and buy two Gamecubes with the proceeds.

Also, the extras included on the Hard Boiled disc includes some of Woos original b/w short films and all.
As the indian in "Dances with Wolves" would have said....
"good trade."

Thanks I was going to post that link also. The spice colored one is $299 though. Also i am geting one from a friend who owns a shop for the same price. Apparently the mods are only 2 wires but because the cube is so small the points are all close to each other so it's really hard to soder. I guess the first time he did it it took him an hour.
