Saving in Batman Vengeance (GC)?
I'm having trouble saving my game progress and reloading it later. When I reach a point in the game, I see a disk symbol at bottom of screen which I thought meant it was saving the game. However, when I reload from my memory card, the game always starts at the beginning. There doesn't seem to be an option for Saving from the menu -- there's just Quit which I've tried.
I would appreciate any help/advice! Thanks!

When you're done playing the game and select "quit", it takes you back to the main menu. There is an option there called "save game". Make sure you save before you shut the game off. That will take care of things.

I did the same thing. I got through a number of levels
the first night I had it ans assumed it was auto saving...
How far in the game have you gotten? It took me three days
to finish it, but I was playing it for several hours a night.
To anyone who has finished the game, what did you think of
the story? I found it odd how the last boss (I won't say who
it is to ruin any suprises) fight and fall was much easier than
other things in the game.
I think the worst control aspect was when you are fighting
the clown in the big rocket armor suit. You are moving batman
with one thumb, contantly having to go back into first person
mode as you get hit, using another thumb to aim your weapon
in first person mode as the targets are constantly moving, and
another thumb to fire the weapon...
wait thats three thumbs! Bad control set up for that fight!
The batmobile control isn't too easy to get used to either, but
what the game lacks in some places, it makes up for in others.
I really liked the game and how you got to control aspects of
batman as they should be (much like the first playstation
spider-man game). You could sneak around and attack from
distances to great effect. The camera was annoying at times
and there were a few small problems but overall I really liked
this game. I am sure alot of people may see this thread if
they are thinking about getting the game. If you are a batman
fan and can afford it, get it. Its a great story. Its not the best
video game ever, but I read alot of people who didn't like
the game too much. It was short, and the control/camera was
hard to work with at times, but this was the best "batman"
game as far as a story and feel of "being" batman that I have
ever played. Also, you get the voices from the people in the
cartoon and there is a good deal of talking. It has both puzzle
solving and fast action action sequences.
If they do a sequel, I would have no hesitation about buying it.

For fighting the fat clown, I tried to stay in first person mode as much as possible. I sometimes got blown up by those seeker missles, but for the most part, it worked pretty well.
I agree! This is the best Batman game I have ever played. Very cool stuff.
