Code breaker problems with mgs2

I checked the site http://www.cmgsccc.com/ps2/ and the say that some of the codes don't work until after u beat ulga but it still seams to screw up after beating her. Does game sark have this problem too? It's really pissing me off. Also, is game shark like code breaker in that u have to put in the code disc, get the codes, and then put in the game?

The Code Breaker works with Game Shark codes, so put them in and see if they work better.

The Game Shark works exactly the same as the Code Breaker, but its more expensive and you have to use a stupid dongle thing in memory card slot 2.

... and the "dongle" clears itself every once in a while, and it will sometimes just not work, and it takes a minute or so just to load, and the "hackers" of codes at GS are evil rat bastards, and the codes at cmgsccc won't work on the GS, etc etc etc.

Is this "dongle" thing like the one tht stuck in the back of the PSx and do you have to put in a gameshark cd every time you start a game?
