I love this game.

I am in the Albion Realm on the Palomides server.

Yes, I left Asherons Call after two years and am playing Camelot.

I played AC for 2 years as well.

I was on Frostfell.

Now a level 17 Paladin and loving it.

Mine's collecting dust already in the 'games that will never be played again' section of my desk.

That is too bad. Clearly no game will satisfy every player.

I enjoy the storyline, character choices, graphics, questing, tasking and the role play aspect. The slower pace suits me more.

Hopefully you will find something else that you like to play.

I was addicted for about a month. Then, the novelty of it started to wear off. I don't think I will be getting into any MMRPGs until World of Warcraft

This game finally gave me a reason to quit Everquest and realize that it does indeed get better than EQ. Even after the recent Luclin upgrade/expansion I'm still not going to play Everquest.. EVER! DAOC is awesome!

I did.

I thought they fixed a lot of the problems that still plague EQ to this day, and the realm vs. realm stuff sounds pretty cool.

But I already played rat-hunter 3-D more than once in Everquest.
I didn't feel DAoC did enough to change the beginning of the game. So this time it was spiders and goblins instead of rats.

I'll never make it to the cool stuff because I have no desire to deal with the beginning game again.
