Seriously - Its hard as hell to play FPS games with the controller.

My aim is ALL over.. a mouse is sooooo much cooler.

Practice makes it easier.

Go into the Advanced controls setup to adjust your joystick looking sensitivity up or down if you need to.

I don't know of any keyboard/mouse plans yet, but I imagine there will be some available sometime in the future.

I think it rocks with the joystick. I never could get the hang of the mouse/keyboard thing. The XBox joystick is a true FPSers joystick.

I'm used to being king of the hill in counterstrike.. its pretty hard to get used to the clitorisknob on the xbox controller

Yes kb and mouse are the way to go for most first person shooters. I will say that after awhile in Halo the game pad works great. Also I don't think the vehicles would be as cool using kb and mouse. My first few levels I was totally frustrated now on my second trip threw the game the gamepad feels great and I can blast and snipe with ease.

Any FPS is better, in my opinion, with a keyboard/mouse combo. It's probably because I'm so use to playing FPS's on a PC.

There really is no comparison. The person who is good with a KB/mouse will own anyone who is good with a joypad in a multiplayer set-up. However, I do agree that controlling the vehicles in Halo will be a pain in the *** with a KB/mouse. But given that most FPS games are played on foot, I'd still go for the KB/mouse.

*Still has fingers crossed that someone will develop a mouse for the XBOX and game developers actually implement it*

What's the hardest part of adjusting from mouse/kb to XBox joystick? Is it aiming with the clitorisknob? If so, I would say I feel almost as accurate as that as I would be with a mouse. I love strafing and driving vehicles is also very easy.
