I had an XBOX in my hands today...
but decided to leave it for another day.
I just bought a Cube, already have a pS2 and DC, and just couldnt' justify the purchase for Halo.
I'll probably cave in when the RAW IS WAR game comes out

I was going to get an X-Box from Virgin with their 30% off sale, but then I played the 2 games I was going to get with it...
Neither Halo nor DOA3 "blew me away" at ALL. The first time I played DOA3, I beat it with 1 continue. Halo, to me, was another Unrealesque game with decent (but in no way groundbreaking) graphics. I will say that the voice acting in Halo was great, especially during the missions. I'm VERY glad I played them before buying the system. The only game I'm wanting on X-Box in the near future is Raw. Oh well.

I might buy an Xbox once it gets a few more killer apps. Halo is great, but to me, it doesn't justify buying another $300 system. Right now, I'm too busy with my PS2.

The other four games I have played were Oddworld, which is a beautiful game, but not one I could remotely get interested in.
DOA3 which is kind of the Tomb Raider of fighting games. DOA3 is pretty lame, but I have never liked the any of the titles in the series. It's kind of a poor mans Soul Calibur.
Gotham Racing is just horrible. It's looks more like an early beta than the finished game.
And NFL Fever which feels like it was made by 989 Studios. Nuff said.
However, I'm also looking forward to Raw is War. My friend is planning on getting it, so hopefully I will get to play it when it comes out. Smackdown 3 was kind of a disapointment, so I'm really looking forward to playing this game.
