I decided to buy a dreamcast. What do I need to go with it though? I did some searching and this is what I'm thinking I should get.

basic unit with 1 controller and console - 49.99
another controller - price? about 14.99?
memory card - about 9.99?
games

or should I get a bundle, which one?

Am I missing anything like adaptors or any other accessories?

I think you have it right...I would suggest getting a mega memory card with 800 blocks instead. If you are playing sports games like the 2k2 line the seasons generally take up a whole 200 blocks of memory.

another good thing to get would be the VGA adapter, if you have a computer monitor lying around. Makes a big difference. If you are just getting somehting though, get a controller and a mega memory unit if you can. Or an S-video adapter

Don't forget to get the rumble pack. It's pretty cool for some games. You might also want to get a gun just in case you want to play House of the Dead (one of the most kickass game if you have 2 players). I have an XBox now and a DC. Enjoy.

and if you really want to spend some money, get the maraccas. That game is so cool!

I'm gonna get a mega memory card rumble pack extra controller soul caliber, resident evil code veronica, NBA 2k1 , unreal tournament and whatever other good game under $10! but hardly any store carries them or are all sold out.

if you can find an EB world then you would be set, the one here has a large selection

Good buy spongebobfan! Definately get the rumble packs for Soul Calibur and Crazy Taxi (for fun). Other than that, I think you're set.

P.S. Do your game buying at Half.com. I found I can get used, original Dreamcast games there for better prices than ebay. Then if I don't like them, I ebay'em for a profit.
