Which color reigns supreme?
So, I'm wondering which color you decided to go with for your Gamecube? While I was in line, I noticed the trend of Indigo over Black at least 2-to-1 (I went with Indigo). I just wanted to see what the other trends across the globe were/are.
What did you go with? What did everyone else in line go with?

Where i picked mine up they had sold out of black so i ended up with an indigo one. However, i really wanted a spice one and was a little bummed they didn't launch with that colour as well.

Well Indigo seems like the underdog here so I need to show my support for it
, I got an Indigo one because it looks pretty sweet with the way I've got my stuff set up.
A lot of equipment I own though is black, my speakers, TV, VCR, PS2, Receiver. So why did I get an indigo one?
The only non black stuff I have in my setup is my DC. I wanted to be different. It goes good with the wallpaper in my family room and TV stand. Aaaaaaaaaaaaand..... its my favorite color (the most important hehehe). I also wanted an Indigo controller too (my N64 controller is blue too and so is my GBA)

I got black, but I didn't really care all that much. I would have gotten Indigo, rather than going somewhere else if they'd sold out of black. I mean it's not like the indigo is girly or anything, and I keep my game systems behing wooden doors underneath my TV in the entertainment system so they are only visible when playing them anyway. They had 30 of each, and there were 6 black ones left when I got up to the register, so I guess black was by far the popular choice.

Why the hell didn't Ninendo do the research and put out more blacks than idigos? So many people were pissed on launch day because the blacks were sold out.

Indigo baby. When I got mine, almost everyone got Black. When I got to the counter the girl asked, and without hesitation, I said "Indigo". And I love it. It looks so out of place that it looks perfect. It shows that it's something different, a gameing machine if you will. Indigo makes me want to play games, black makes me want to watch DVD's... so I am happy I choose indigo. But when I buy my next controller, that bad boy is going to be spice.

When I got mine from Wal*Mart, all they had were black... they had just one case of 4. So I got black... which is what I wanted anyway...

Is Nintendo going to keep the different colors? Does anyone know if this is a special-time only launch deal? Because I want a Black GC, but don't really want it right now. But I don't want to wait a year and then only have Indigo available.
