ico hung my ps2
just as i was leading the princess to the magic gates to leave the first room, the vibration started/the pillars started to glow and then it just hung there. first time a PS2 game did this. i couldn't reproduce it again as it worked fine the next few times i tried.

I didn't have any problems either, my guess is that maybe your playing with your PS2 vertical which causes some problems with certain people (not me though)....thats the only thing I can think of. If its happening at save points, your memory card might be bad (or you may be using a 3rd party memory card thats not compatible with ICO?). Other than that its weird.....

i know the bug is there (maybe, bug is not the proper word) b/c it happened but since it is so rare, its not that important.
my theory is that the machine was doing too many things at the same time and it got hung up (loading new fmv, i'm pushing buttons, vibration turned on). i don't think a vertical system would affect it. mine's horizontal.
otherwise, the game is great and i'm very impressed. i hope that it has a sequel that is longer!
