Problems with the Xbox hardware?

Gaming-Age.com have posted an article on several stores that are reporting problems with the Xbox hardware in their demo kiosks.

Well, coming from playing Asheron's Call for 2 years I can attest to Microsoft Zone offering little to ZERO support during many user's times of need. They will shuffle you from email to telephone support and finding a human being that can actually help you resolve a problem is an endless task.

Many people got banned for no reason, called Microsoft Zone to inquire why and never received responses. Some folks were banned due to Gear usage even though they didn't have it installed. They phoned, emailed... never got a reply.

If your X-Box fails and you need support, you have better chances of winning the lottery than getting MS help.

Just to clarify, but people getting banned from AC has absolutely nothing to do with the Zone. That's a Turbine issue and you'd have to take it up with them. The Zone is merely the launch pad to AC and has nothing to do with anything in the game or any issues that might arise therein.

I saw that too at TRU. It's just a plastic label that Microsoft puts on the TV. The TV looks like it;s a real PANASONIC.

thats a good point about customer service. remember the windows 95 era? waiting on the phone for five hours. if there really is as much trouble with it as people say, they better have much better customer ser. than they do with most of their products.
