VideoGame villian frustration/appreciation thread.

Every hero has a nemesis. As games progress they get harder and it happens every time you get sooo far and then you hit a brick wall. You just cant seem to get passed this guy. Well use this time to vent out just how difficult that guy was. You know who im talking about; that one boss that made you get a game enhancer, made you stay up all night, made you (in some of my friends cases) throw your system out a window. Be it Mother Brain, or the aliens in Half-Life..who made your gaming the most difficult, and in some cases rewarding because you didnt give up.

Heres a guy I'm sure every Castlevania fan had major problems with....

I swear he was 100 times easier in Symphony of The Night, but as to why he was so damn tough in the first Castlevania is beyond me!! I spent at least 10 hours trying to beat him one night...I ended up falling asleep at the foot of my bed, when I woke the system was off, and such. Oh well

Another random post from your friendly neighborhood

I just felt bad because no one had responded to your thread, and it was about to fall off of the last page (on my computer, at least).

So... bump.

This should be one of the most frustrating villains ever.

When I was 12 (somewhere around that age) M. Bison was #1 on my hit list. I hated him more than anyone... mainly cuz he kept kicking my ass!

I put in another vote for Bison, I had serious problems beating him in SFII turbo.

This guy isn't really that difficult to beat, but he's a damn cool villain:

A long black cape, a 12 foot sword, heck he even has his own theme song in the game, you can't get more cool than that

that stupid final foot boss in snake rattle and roll for nes. even with a game enhancer i could not beat him.

the shark in cobra triangle nes.

to me the bosses for the nes were either way easy or impossible.

Not really a final boss, but that giant tenticle thing in the missile silo in Half-Life gave me the hardest time.

The Tyrant in Resident Evil 3 is just too hard for me...I've tried playing the game so many times and everytime I see the Tyrant, he kills me. <sigh>
