Here is a description of the Gamecube song as written on the 'recording artist's' webpage. It gets really good when they start talking about "The Savior of Time."
GCN (People's Choice)
This song is a tribute to the most exciting videogame system to come 2001, namely NINTENDO GAMECUBE. Its clear and orthodox direction at quality gameplay, instead of useless numbers, graphic terms, DVD-capacity, etc which are all common marketing gimmicks these days, makes this system outshine the competitors. What the industry needs is really perspicacity, not empty attitude. We wanted to show our gratitude to Nintendo with a song. Thus "GCN (People's Choice)" was born, originally going under the working name "The Savior of Time". It featured English lyrics as we wanted our message to be international. The recording of this song was anything but trivial. It required more skills than many of us really had and it took us countless ours to complete. In the end, I think everybody was happy over what they had achieved.

How could I forget the lyrics?
GCN (People's Choice)
Music/Lyrics: Yeu Kang Hua
When darkness fills your life and pain's supreme.
When evil forces have deformed your dreams.
It's time to open up your heart to let the light shine through
No matter how you look at it you'll always know it's true!
GameCube, it makes a big fuss!
GameCube, Nintendo bless us!
GameCube, its hardware easily surpass the rest!
And when it comes to games we'll always get the best!
When people by your side's forsaken you.
(And) you cry because you don't know what to do.
It's time to open up your heart to let the light shine through
No matter how you look at it you'll always know it's true!
GameCube, it makes a big fuss!
GameCube, Nintendo bless us!
GameCube, its hardware easily surpass the rest!
And when it comes to games we'll always get the best!
It's time to open up to let your heart decide what's true.
GameCube, it makes a big fuss!
GameCube, Nintendo bless us!
GameCube, its hardware easily surpass the rest!
And when it comes to games we'll always get the best!
GameCube, it makes a big fuss!
GameCube, Nintendo bless us!
GameCube, it's how we recently surpassed the rest!
And when it comes to games we'll always get the best!

wow, that song is horrible. I hope that there's no way to get through it! You can press start all you want, but you have to listen to it everytime you start up the system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MUHAHAHAHAHA!
Actually if you play it backwards it says "Kiddie games are good, kiddie games are good, you're 27 years old but you think pokemon is good, very very good."

Bwahahahahah!! These songs are hilarious how on earth did you find them? They've got a kinda catchy beat to them but I didn't particullarly like either of'em. But not that many people write songs about video game consoles and have the guts to put them on the web, I give them that since they are fan made. I was actually most surprised on how well music software on a computer can emulate studio mixers.
I like at the end of the X-Box song where the guy says "X-booOOOOX!!" gangsta style I nearly fell out of my chair.

I hope no one is under the impression that Nintendo is any way affiliated with this song. Swedish fanboy music.

The GameCube song would be okay for ads and stuff if there were no lyrics. But the lyrics are really, REALLY lame.
And... I hate rap. "XBoooooooooox!!"
These aren't official, I hope.

I can't believe people are bashing either of these systems because of these stupid songs. Sure both are lame, but they aren't going to affect my opinion of either system. Only the games matter, nothing else.
