Which game should I buy NCAA or NFL 2K2??

Even though I am a bigger College fan, I would go with NFL 2k2. The reasoning is because NCAA 2k2 sucks big time. I ran out and bought it the first day and I was extremely disappointed. A couple of weeks later I got a PS2, and I traded in NCAA 2k2 for the PS2's NCAA Football 2002. If you have a PS2 run don't walk to your local store and get Ncaa football 2002, it is the most amazing college football game I have ever played. But if you just have a DC, I would go with NFL 2k2.

From what you said here have you played NFL2K2 it doesn't sound like you have, and I heard the game engines are almost identical. Also I have all the NFL2KX games so far and I love them. If anyone else has played both or has played just one do you like it??

NCAA 2k2's game engine is identical to NFL 2k1's not 2k2's. NFL 2k2 is supposed to have a updated game engine. You are correct...I haven't played NFL 2k2, but I have owned NCAA 2k2 and it is a crappy game. From the reviews I have read for NFL 2k2...it is supposed to be a fantastic game. NCAA 2k2 has received pretty average reviews. You asked opinions and I just thought that I would share mine. Go to these three sites and read the reviews...maybe that will help you in your decision.

I have both and NFL 2k2 is better, but today I rented Madden 2002 and I have been playing it all day, and Iam 0-2 I kick ass. NFL2k2 is good though Madden 2002 even goes in Widescreen when you make a good play on replay. Also for interspections, in the replay's its stops and does the Matrix pan around thing. Man Madden Kicks ass.
