GCN's first commercial announced!!

In an article by the latest edition of Nintendo Power, pg. 19:

"Cartoon Network plans to present a Total Immersion Cartoon event Toonami: Lockdown, which will be sponsored by Nintendo GameCube." "Toonami: Lockdown begins the week of September 17th, so mark your calendar."

Time to see if Nintendo can put out some commercials that aren't too vague (e.g. Zelda: Majora's Mask)

I have a feeling Chaos is referring to the first American commercial. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I think Nintendo is really trying to stay a kids machine depite talks last year of trying to appeal to an older audience. Cartoon Network commercials and making Zelda into a cartoon are real signs of this.

Of course I think this is their best strategy. There is a lot of money to be made with the 6-14 year old market. I'm not saying you can't enjoy the games when your older, it just seems that they are still heavily targeting that audience.
