I was interested in picking up the Namco Guncon bundled with the new Time Crisis, but I need to know if the Gun is compatible with the PS2. So......is it?

Have you used the Guncon? Any good? what games support it?

Are you talking about Time Crisis 2 for PS2? If so, then yes, I do believe it is compatible. I've also heard from other people that the old Guncon is compatible as well.

To Clarify: I would like to purchase the original Guncon for the PS.
As it is very inexpensive and I hope and pray it works on the PS2.

It should work (but not with an S-video hook-up)

All the Guncons works on the ps2 as long as you use standard av hookups if you use anything else you will need an av adapter. You can get Project Titan and a Guncon for 39.99 at Target and it is the best time crisis out there right now because you don't beat it right away like the other ones. But if oyu want a game that will last get one of the Point Blank games.
