and I was thinking it was pretty cool (not totally awesome though) when I ran up against a wall, and clipped into purely by accident. Granted it was a funny angle and a tree was right there, but still, I ended up having to quit the game because I couldnt stop swimming throughout the level. I'm gonna finish the demo- I may still buy it if it can overcome this fault, but that is a pretty serious blunder for a professional game company- it was right at a spot where many might be tempted to do the same thing (won't give away where and circumstances for spoiler reasons).

For anyone interested, www.compuexpert.com has Anachronox as their 48 hour Madness member special for $22.90. They also have 1602 A.D. (which I know nothing about) for $5.90. Shipping is not too bad- only $4.99 for 2nd day Fed Ex. I went ahead and picked it up since most places are selling the game for like $40-$45.
