I dont really like to compare a arcade type of basketball to a simulation(real) type. I like them both, but overall I would rather play NBA2k1 over Street.

As Dogg said, it is a bit hard to compare a pure arcade game with a simulation game. If you take it Street vs. Street (NBA2k1 has a Street mode), I'd say NBA2k1 is better but only because you aren't doing tricks and there is no power meter. NBA Street is still a very good game though.

nba street is like the nike commercial, and nba jam, while nba2k1 has the real feel of an nba game. both r good bball game.but i wish that nba street could be a 4 players instead of 2.

Well NBA Street was for 3 players, and I like the feel of 3 players. In that kind of game, I think 4 would have been to crowded.
I don't know what was going through EA's mind when they made this a 1-2 player only game.
