This week is Sonic's 10-year anniversary, and there was briefly a pre-order on gamestop.com for a 10th-anniversary package of Sonic Adventure 2. It had a music CD and a few little doodads. Unfortunately, it's no longer available anywhere I've seen. If anyone is able to buy one, let us know. I'd really like this, because I enjoyed and bought (separately) the original Sonic Adventure soundtrack.
BTW, as an odd coincidence, today is Sonic Youth's 20th anniversary.

A couple suggestions...
Retail price is only $39.99, so there won't be much room for online discounts.
1. BestBuy B&M has a preferred customer weekend this week, and if you're on their mailing list there's a coupon for 10% off any item.
If the coupon covers videogames, and they have it in stock, that'll probably beat online prices.
2. http://www.buyrite.net is selling for $32.99. Their shipping is high, so it's only a bargain if you're ordering multiple titles.
Also, many people gripe about their customer service and lack of inventory, but I haven't had problems when ordering new releases.
3. http://www.amazon.com is selling for $39.99, and there's a $5 off $35 in the dvdtalk coupon section.
