I'm taking a week long trip and I'm going to "borrow" a GBA from my store. I'm looking for games to play, because on the trip I'll be stuck on a houseboat for a week. I'm going to need something to do.
Here are my thoughts on what games to take, but I am open to more suggestions.
One of the new Zelda games
Pokemon gold or silver
Tony Hawk 2 GBA
F-Zero GBA
Mario Advance
Vegas Games

If you haven't played them here is a list of my most recent favorites: (in order)
1) Dragon Worrior 1 & 2 (classic rpg goodness)
2) Zelda: the ages one (more of the same)
3) Metal gear solid (best gbc color game to date)
4) Wario land 3 (play this on a trip to japan)
5) Pokemon silver (mindless foder to kill time)

What about a puzzle game? I recommend Pokemon Puzzle Challenge and/or Pokemon Pinball. These games are FUN and ADDICTING!

The new Zelda games are HUGE. I've pumped 20-40 hrs into Oracle of Ages, and I'm only about halfway through. Currently, I'm stuck because I repeat some dumb tune that a goron sings, but still, the game seriously ROCKS. The dungeons are simply gigantic. It took me about an hour to finish the first dungeon (there are 8 in all), and all the other dungeons get progressively harder. I found myself having to sit back and think for 10-20 minutes in some rooms just so I could figure out how to tackle the new puzzle. These games are total must-buys.
