Allright, all you old-school Duke Nukem fans are probably well aware of the series morally-questionable tendency to "steal" all the best lines from other sources. For example:

"Come get some." "Hail to the King." - taken from Army of Darkness (Evil Dead 3) [movie]

"I'm here to kick ass and chew bubblegum. And I'm all out of bubble gum." - taken from "They Live" [movie]

"Those alien bastards are gonna pay for messin' up my ride." - adapted, I believe, from a Mr. T quote [television]

Etcetra etcetera etcetera. But, looks like they're not gonna get any better with the newest (belated!) installment. Check out this pic, taken from GameSpot:

Look familiar? Hmmm... What other movie has a main character with a chainsaw for an arm... Lessee, I know this one...

As many years as they've been working on this game, can't they at least come up with something new? Or at the VERY least, give credit to the sources of their ideas?

Yea I agree, but the whole style of Doom type games are getting old to me in general.

When hasn't duke nuken stole an idea?

well i find this rather lame.

I gave up on FPS'ers like this one. then i found quake's multipler system and Half-life which changed the way i look at a FPS and the A.I. can;t wait for Blue shift (which i saw some of at E3)

I think its funny that Duke Nukem is a better adaptation of Evil Dead then the Evil Dead game itself! The Evil Dead game has got to be one of the worst games I have ever played. Talk about destroying a character!
