"Nature Boy" Ric Flair. When he announced that he was going to wrestle Sting for the last match on the last Nitro, I completely marked out. After 13 years of WCW, Flair vs. Sting was definitely the way to end it.

Actually, "mark" is not Australian lingo, but a term from the carnival days. The games of chance from the old travelling carnivals were usually rigged, so when some local rube dumped loads of money in a hopeless attempt at winning a prize, the con man who ran the game would pat the guy on the back in false sympathy, and "mark" the chump's back with a piece of chalk. This way, other con men in the carnival would see the "mark" and know that this is one gullible boob they were dealing with, so really turn on the snake oil.
In wrestling, the term "mark" refers to people who aren't privvy to the inner workings of the industry, or who may believe what they are seeing is actually legit (are there any of those left over the age of eight?).

Mark is sort of the wrong term. Pop would be more appriate wrestling jargon.

I pop for HULK HOGAN!

Actually mark is a good term, because I think he is referring to who you brag about to others, and all around jock. I mark for pretty much anyone from ecw, now or before. And most importantly Mick Foley
