Jackass on MTV
This seems to be the type of show that everybody says is stupid, yet everybody watches it (The "Beavis and Butthead effect"). So honostly, how many of you love this show? I know I do. I watch it every time it's on. You have to admit, it's hilarious.
BTW: Is tonight's episode a new one?

I too am a huge fan.
Did anyone see where in Entertainment Weekly they talked about some kid's family suing because he set himself on fire or something and thinks it is their fault?
What a moron, they even had the kid saying how he thought it was Jackass' fault because he is just a dumb kid and they are adults on the show. I guess he is just too ignorant to read the huge disclaimer at the beginning of the show.

My girlfriend and I think it is hilarious. I wish they didn't pixellate out people's faces anymore though. Part of the fun is seeing passersby's expressions on their faces.

Yeah, I have to admit the show has its moments...its funny in that "this is so stupid" kind of way. I always enjoy the more voyeristic aspects a la the Tom Green Show though, going out into public and making people uncomfortable! That is what kills me! The Chinese Restaurant scene for example...I nearly died! "This is beans. You eat. Beans good for you." when the stuff on their plate what dog doo off of the street! Classic!

My wife and I watch every week and laugh until we have tears
in our eyes. Way funnier than Tom Green could ever hope to be. BTW....Phil must be the coolest Dad in the world to take all the abuse he does and laugh.

I love the show too. All of those guys on the show did old skateboard/prank videos before the current show. It just seems that everything they do seems to stay fresh. It's too bad that the show is on MTV because there is still quite a bit of material that they can't/don't show. If anyone ever has a chance to check out some of their older skateboard/prank videos do so! You will not be disappointed.

If wanted to see dumb asses do stupid stunts, i would throw on a "best of backyard wrestling" tape in and watch them kill each other rather lame.

Jackass has to be the best show on TV! And for all those dumb kids who keep getting injured trying to imitate it I have four words---DARWINISM AT ITS FINEST.
