Dude, the first seaon of B5 was pretty rough. However, second season got better, third season rocked, fourth and fifth season were good.
I grew up on Classic Trek and will always love that show. I did like TNG and there was some good stuff in DS9, but they lost me on Voyager.
Any other Sci-Fi that you like?
I watch Roswell(okay), Buffy (rocks), Angel (very good), Dark Angel ( very good), Farscape (good), The X-Files (very good), The Lone Gunmen (pretty good).

The X-Files is the only Sci-Fi show I watch becuase I have been with it since the beginning. Its the only adult-oriented Sci-Fi show(besides Star Trek) on TV right now. Roswell, Angel, Dark Angel, and Buffy are aimed at teenagers and are more like soap operas than Sci-Fi.

Robert - the reason why I watch for the most part Buffy and Angel is because they're so well written, acted and produced. They're more fantasy than Sci/Fi, but I like them nonetheless. There isn't much else out on TV to catch my eye.
Dark Angel is more Sci/Fi and Roswell is more soap operay, but the writing has gotten better.
Farscape is Sci/Fi and the writing again is good.
The Lone Gunmen has promise and as much as I like the X-Files, it should end this season.
As for Star Trek, the addition of 7of9 was to attract the young hormone driven teens. So was Deanne Troi.
