It has to be Hawaii Five-O. The wave, the fast edits/cuts and zoom in on Jack Lord at the top of the building, hula girls, and the theme music. Nothing can top that.

Frank's Place (does anyone else out there remember this gem?) Best theme song ever.
Iron Chef, 'cause I love the way Chairman Kaga bites that pepper.
Blackadder, especially Blackadder the Third
And of course MST3K

The way they edit the first scene into the opening of Third Watch is always exciting.

IIRC, Tales From the Darkside

Every time he does that, without fail, i go into my best bad Asian dub voice and say, "It is gooood.", and Kaga smiles with approval over the Culinary Empire he has created.

Or The Prisoner.

And definitely the original Star Trek. (Especially as done by Leonard Nimoy at the opening fo Star Trek III:Search for Spock).

The Buffy intro is definitely cool. For some reason I like the Freaks and Geeks intro too.
