Jerry Seinfeld will be on tonight, performing all-new stand-up.

am i the only person in america who thinks that jerry sienfeld is an idiot. i never liked his show and i don't find him very funny at all.

I'll be sure to watch, but I couldn't care less for his standup.

Like I said, I don't care for his standup, but he's a great writer.

I liked his stand-up and loved the show.

I liked his stuff and am waiting to see it. Also Paul Simon is on.

I am a huge fan of his show, and of his material ... but this appearance wasn't up to his usual standards.

Not to mention the fact ... he's balding ...

I thought the stand-up bit was alright. The interview with Dave was awful though. Dave had no questions to ask and Jerry had nothing to promote.

I love his standup and loved the show!

What the deal with his hair?

It's shorter, and shows that he is indeed balding.

Man now I REALLY wish I watched it.

I'm surprised he used the word "mofo" in his bit. He kinda looks like he did in the "bad hair cut" episode.

First half-- observing how babies are meant to replace adults, and supposing that babies sit around watching adults waiting for/wanting them to die.

Second half-- belittling "Jerod" from the Subway commercials, and wondering what Jerod used to eat before he managed to lose all of the weight.



And there you have it. That was his big come-back. He must have not had time to tell his cancer, or alzehimers (sp) jokes or to make his observations on the humor of high-school shootings.

I was thinking a combination of that and the "low-flow" episode.

Last week I went to this place called "The Comedy Cellar" in NYC.. They have about 6 or 7 comedians come up and do a bit.

AFter the 1st or 2nd (i forget) person, the Emcee announced Jerry Seinfeld up to the stage. We all thought he was joking at first, when I turned around and saw Jerry approaching. It was a small little place, so he probably came to within 2 feet of me.

Anyways, he did the EXACT same bit that he did on the Late Show. My guess is he was just testing out some of his jokes before appearing with Dave... he did show up and leave with notes on yellow lines legal pad paper. However, I can't remember if he did any jokes that did NOT show up on his Late Show appearance.

The strange thing about it... I actually thought he was the second least funny person that nite (after Colin Quinn from SNL). The other guys were much funnier!
