Based on last weeks' promos for this week, is this week's SURVIVOR a "Best of"?
In other words, NO ONE gets voted off this week, and there's no new footage?

It's a clip show, and it's supposed to have previously-unseen footage, but it's just a recap of what's happened so far. No one will be voted off on this week's episode.

Yes, accoring to the promos, at least, it's a "clip show". CBS decided just a couple weeks ago to add an extra episode, so that the finale would happen during May Sweeps...
But it's not like they're gonna advertise: "We promise! Nothing happens!"
