Well, i dont really care for most of the celebrity cameos- when the celebrities are themselves. It was a neat little thing when they first started doing it, with like Ringo Starr and all, but they used to make it actually fit into the story, instead it has become like an excuse, something manufactuered (like the whole boy band episode, or the one with U2).
Anyway, the best celebrity doing a character epidsodes are Rodney Dangerfield as Mr Burns long lost son (Mr. Burns Butler(?): "He then made fun of my weight and suggested that my motto be Semper Fudge"... and without a doubt, the absolute best was Albert Brooks as Hank Scorpio. I like when PLANET OF THE APES were on The Simpson. So funny.
"DR. ZAIUS! DR. ZAIUS! DR. ZAIUD! ...." |
have you ever heard
the Planet of the Apes Simpson's musical? It was a rip off of Falco and they called it "Rock me Dr. Zaius" It was sung my Troy McClure. It can be found on Napster.

ALF

Leonard Nimoy:
Nimoy: "Well, my work here is done..."
Lista: "But you didn't do anything!" Nimoy: "Oh didn't I?? Didn't I??" (and then he teleports, or something, offscreen) |
ALF was funny!
