here's my big problem with it. they "tried" to represent all forms of music by giving out awards and allowing performers from all genres. what about hard rock/metal/alternative??? can you name one band that was given an award or performed that fell into that category??? I don't really count U2 in this category. What a friggin' sham. No wonder I like the MTV music awards, because it's waaaay more representative of everything than the Grammy's are.
