I wonder if all the whiners on YouTube will shut up since this episode swatted away all their complaints. Heck, it even explains why no early warning system alerted anyone that a ship was gonna crash in New Siam. It even hand waved why the impact wasn't more intense, given the ship was slowing down on its way to Earth. It also explaing why Morrow knew who Boy Cavalier was despite not knowing about Prodigy while being unaware that Miss Yutani was dead.

Well, never mind. Those that hate the show continue to hate it.

YouTube is full of morons. Every one of my friends who have watched the series love it and are anxiously waiting the next part.

Regarding the backup captain. Is that the actresses real voice? I totally thought she was doing a Midwest accent in Fargo, but she sounds the same here.

I loved the episode so this is merely a nitpick, but I’d prefer the practical xeno was a puppet. Not a person in a suit.

How did Prodigy get someone on that ship when the kid wasn’t even close to born when it took off?

They didn't. They converted a spy. How did they do that? I have no idea.

The Lost Drive In bagged on this episode pretty hard as well. I mean, the horror/sci-fi trope of "dumb crew does dumb things" is essentially a requirement for stuff like this. Those criticisms are not wrong.

He was already spying for a subcontractor of another corporation who was purchased by a wholly owned subsidiary of a shell corporation that was acquired through a cashless merger to bring that corporation into synergy with a ghost corporation being held by a paper corporation set up off world to avoid taxes, laws, and regulations that impacted the sister corporation, which happens to share the same board of directors as Weyland-Yutani All Natural Smoothies and Industrial Manufacturing Express Corp.

So, in other words . . . and I assure you it is all on the up and up . . . the company actually bringing these dangerous alien species to Earth is
