Finally watched the season finale this morning

Gteat end to a great season.

Dave Franco and Zoe Kravitz were both hilarious.

On a transatlantic flight and wound up marathoning the first season of this (United having full seasons of Apple TV shows is kinda great). This show works great as a binge and was super entertaining from beginning to end.

Looking forward to season 2.

I’m watching this now and loving it. Loving it all. The episode “The Pediatric Oncologist”, there were quite a few long one shots (I think that’s what you call them). When the camera doesn’t break for awhile. Was this done for this episode or am I imagining it?

Yes it was good but when they are talking super fast it does get annoying.

The entire series is oners. Every scene is a oner. And Episode 2 is called The Oner, is entirely a single shot, and it won the Emmy for Best Director for Rogen and Goldberg.

Oh wow! I guess it only took me 7 eps to figure it out. It’s pretty unique and cool.

This was one of the best shows I've seen in a long time.
The long tracking shots in episode 9 with the Texas Switch when Cranston jumped into the water at the Venetian was so well done you have to think about it to know they did it.

Great show.

I only just recently powered through this show but this:

Was so damn good and well deserved. Sarah Polley was perfect in it, too, and as soon as Seth’s character parked his car where he did, I knew it’d come up again, and yet the joke was still perfect in execution.

That episode was brillant, yet so hard to watch.

Pay attention to the camera movements too. There are some great shots where the camera seemingly moves through what was a wall just a few seconds before, to follow the action. I remember one where it was in a meeting room for a long oner and then just flies out a window of the building and down to the parking lot, to continue the scene.

i re-saw Episode 2 "The Oner" and wow! that was one amazing episode and camera shot. Matt (Rogen) can get really annoying sometimes. he's so frantic and thinks all he does is for the good, but as we see in that episode, it seems he is just in the way. great season, great show. hope for more.
