Officially renewed for season 2

Season 1 wrapped up last Thursday. The show only got better for me as the season progressed and I loved it from the start. Bring on season 2!

I don't watch this show, but do they do much "this is what the 90s were like" humor? Or do they not lean into drawing attention to the time setting?

That's pretty nonexistent. The only instance I can recall is the 90s style graphics during Mandy's weather report in the last episode or two.

Yeah I would agree. They do try and keep it consistent with the time period but definitely not the focus. I chuckled at the old school weather report style and some of Mandy's weather jokes were really good.

Virtually none I can recall.

Season 2: 10/16

I may be the only one here still watching but renewed for S3.

S2 is in hiatus for another month or so. Still an enjoyable watch for me with lots of laughs.

I still watch it. In the first season, it was jarring in tone, because it was a shift from the single-camera Young Sheldon to the multi-cam sitcom, but it was still the same characters you knew, but everything was now heightened. Got used to it though, and now it's a fun, unchallenging watch. I don't get the main title tango sequence though.

We watch it!!! I just don't post about it.

Watching as well. There doesn't ever seem to be anything to talk about with regards to the show. I like the occasional dropins from Georgie's family. Wondering at which point we are going to see Sheldon again.

I've wondered the same thing... when is Sheldon going to appear.
