Another good episode. Answers a lot of timeline questions, as well as confirms the theories about the woman pictured above. Didn’t see the “weapon” reveal coming though.
Still not sure what to make of the “Christina” storyline. Otherwise it was pretty straightforward.

Whoa that was wild episode. We’re at the halfway point and this has been a solid season. Hale was really playing mind games with Caleb.
Good call on the timeline theory from last week.
I’m sure this isn’t the end of Maeve. Another version will probably pop up. Newton has been really great this season. That reveal seems to hint it.
at the behind the scenes with Jonathan Nolan saying We always love fucking around with the audiences expectations.

That was a wild reveal with Caleb. Damn, Hale really is a psychopath. I wonder if/how the people Bernard is helping have escaped being controlled by Hale.
As for Christina, I wonder if she's in a completely virtual world?

I posted a tweet last night about how really great this episode was and Lisa Joy, co-creator and showrunner, actually read it and liked it. Pretty cool.

Yeah, the "weapon" was Maeve.

I’ve stopped recording this on linear HBO. Just easier to watch it on HBO Max. It’s also a nice bonus that the app has a behind the scenes feature after every episode in the extras that explains stuff I may have missed.

I started doing the same this season (and with some other HBO stuff). Also nice to get a 1080p image and no worries about satellite rain fade as a result of the weirdly frequent Sunday evening thunderstorms.

This season is really solid. It seems to be on par with season 1 at this point. This is the first time since season 1 when I am really bummed the next episode is a week away. Props to Aaron Paul, his performance this season is really top-notch.
Loved the mind games and reveal when Hale was sitting with Caleb in the 'training room' the whole time he kept getting stabbed and shot. Also nice to see Teddy back!
