The show is ok but I’m still having a problem with the dialogue track, it sounds muffled to me at times. This is the only Disney show I’m having problems with like this.

Someone else said they were having similar issues. I think it’s how they mix the audio. Sound bars are made to accentuate dialogue to begin with. I use a 3.2.1 setup and I think the center channel is just lost in the mix at times.

We actually have the same problem - some of the dialogue gets muffled for us too. We also have never seen this issue with my setup (which I’ve probably been using in this configuration for like 15 years.)

^ adults can enjoy and most here seem to. i'm merely saying this is a kids show with little appeal to an adult audience.

While I will admit that Ms. Marvel lends itself to a younger age group, I suppose it's how one defines "kids show". I recall people saying something similar when Spider-Man Homecoming dropped, that it was for a younger audience.
When I think "kids show", I think Teletubbies, for example. I don't think Spider-Man Homecoming or Ms. Marvel.
I think a fairer comparison would be Ms. Marvel and Pixar's Turning Red. Both have similar themes, editing, graphic tricks and character traits.

Back to the episode itself, I love that she almost failed to save that kid from falling and he did actually end up getting hurt. It's pretty shocking to not see a Marvel character make the save. I thought that felt super realistic to how that first time would actually go.

It’s not even that colorful. You guys make it seem like some super bright-lite show. Except for her powers lighting up that’s it. Everything surrounding the cg powers is like normal drab to some color world.
And to compare a 6 episode tween show, played by a girl who looks every bit of 15/16 or however old she is supposed to be to I guess any incarnation of Spider-Man movies is apples and oranges imo. They just cater to different audiences. Some overlapping, of course, but different demographics absolutely. My dad loved first Spidey with Maguire but would have 0 interest in a show like this. It’s not disparaging it just is what it is.
Nothing in Ms. Marvel comes close to speaking to adult/older audiences and I’m sure Nielsen numbers, or however they calculate now would prove that.

Okay back to the point of this thread and not arguing if this show is "mature" enough for you.
I really enjoyed episode 2 as well. Dealt with a wide array of feelings for Kamala and her family. Seeing the innocence of Kamala feeling her 1st crush. Then her father talking about why they came to America so his kids can be anything they wanted to be. I thought those were very poignant moments. I also think it's cool that Kamala doesn't know or really understand her abilities yet, so she even has to call a relative to get some insight.
and then we also get more insight into this Muslim family and their involvement in the community. Really interesting stuff and it's a very different origin story. The ending with Kamran was interesting. I have to assume he's been monitoring her for awhile now.

I don’t even know what you’re talking about - this thing is exploding with color.
