I think it sounds pretty interesting for certain characters. I wouldn’t mind seeing more of Qui-Gon and Dooku (prior to turning to the Dark Side). I feel like we’ve had a lot of Ahsoka already with The Clone Wars plus she’ll have her own live action show soon.

He’s supposedly said that he would come back but wants to for a film and not a Disney+ series. I’m guessing getting him to do just a voiceover is a different story though.

I am, but not the new stuff. It would be nice if Disney could come up with something original once in a while.

Did you watch Visions yet? Very unique stuff there.

This looks really good to me. Sort of wish it was more than just a collection of shorts though.

I finished up THE BAD BATCH several months ago but skipped Visions. Is it just different anime-style Star Wars episodes? I've been confused on what it was supposed to be.

I sort of forgot that Visions exists to be honest.

I though Visions was great. And I am totally in for Tales Of The Jedi. Wife is thrilled that Asoka seems to be the focus of some of this.

Enjoyed it, but too damn short.

Watched the first 4. First one with Ashoka being born was kind of meh, but I really like the others and I didn’t realize these were going to be fairly Dooku-centric. At least we know what happened to Yaddle.

The music and visuals are very well done.

Re: Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi (Disney+) -- Animated series -- premieres 10/26/22

Just finished the last two. Hope they do more of these. Definitely seems like part of this series’ function is to prep us for the Ahsoka series. But given the last scene of the last episode and its timeline…

Spoiler:

…of Bail Organa being back in contact with Ashoka after a long time (but still obviously pre-ANH), it seems to me we may wind up seeing Ahsoka at some point in Andor.

These were great... just wish they were longer or more of them.

I realize I'm a little late with this response, but I think The Duel episode of Visions is one of the best pieces of Star Wars content in ages. I wish it would get a Blu-ray release.

I'm interested to watch Tales of the Jedi. In general, there seems to be freedom to tell interesting standalone stories in short form content.

Whether or not she appears there, I don't know. However, I took the ending to be more about her turn from a life of disconnection to the Empire/rebellion drama towards becoming fully involved as
Spoiler:
Fulcrum in the Rebels storyline. Animation leading to animation is a smaller leap vs assuming it'll connect too much to live action

Not surprised that half of these were centered around Filoni's Creator's Pet.

I really liked how they made young Dooku look like young, Horror of Dracula-era Christopher Lee.

Finally got around to watching these tonight. Good collection of shorts, but I wish there was more. Liked seeing the slow turn of Dooku and liked seeing more with Ahsoka post Order 66. Watching these put me in the mood to rewatch The Clone Wars.

I watched these, they were good, and I've moved on with my life. I guess that's to say I enjoyed them but overall they are just there. I'd watch more of this decent, unasked-for content, if they made them.
