I wonder if they'll stick with Wednesdays at 7pm Central, putting it directly against the returning Survivor.
Note: I'm new to The Challenge, maybe that's the way it's always been.

I think they have always alternated between Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the past. They have been on Wednesdays for the past couple years.

He made threats against some of the Vets (Bananas especially) and he's not been on since. He's essentially banned without being formally banned. Lolo is essentially banned too. She made comments about hurting herself and production removed her from the show last season. They gave her an opportunity to save face by letting her give the speech about leaving so she could train for the Winter Olympics.

Yeah, I would be very surprised if we've truly seen the last of Cara, especially if they carry on with two shows. It would be a convenient excuse for her to do the All-star show since Paulie doesn't qualify for that one since he didn't originate on a MTV show.

That having been said, the Paulie version of Cara is someone I'm not all that interested in seeing again.

Cara Maria's first show was Fresh Meat II, so technically she didn't originate on an MTV show, except for The Challenge itself. Were any of the people on All-Stars Fresh Meat people? I'm guessing a few were, but not sure.

Big Easy’s from Fresh Meat. Casey and Ryan were alternates on All Stars and they were from Fresh Meat.

I like how they'll say something like "You may know me from Big Brother Romania" or some such show. I doubt anyone watching on MTV has seen the versions of these shows from other countries. I guess The Challenge must be available to watch in a lot of these countries where these new people are from. It seems like there's a ton of available reality contestants in the US that could be used to increase viewership here. Get a few people from The Bachelor franchise on and a whole new fan base would be interested in watching. I still think they should do a spinoff that just has people from the CBS reality shows (Survivor, BB, TAR, LI, TAN) which would keep a lot of people subscribed to Paramount+.

They're working on something similar to that. It's supposed to start filming after All Stars Season 2 finishes production. It's a Champs vs stars type show with personalities from The Challenge, Survivor, Big Brother, Love Island, The Amazing Race, etc.

Every time someone said something like that, I just said to my girlfriend, "Nope."

I feel this season the small number of Vets are just going to pick off rookies for quite a few weeks.

It's too bad. I think Michaela would have been a fun (and athletic) person to add to this show, but with the 34 people and MTV pacing this show is going to run for like 7 months. No one will remember who went home first.
