Watched the first episode last night and thought it was pretty decent. Though im a sucker for these kind of books and shows so Im probably the target audience.

I thought I had remembered reading an article about Eddie Izzard transitioning so I was surprised when I saw Izzard in this. Re-reading the article, I guess it was more about the pronouns that she prefers now. I really don't remember much about the book. Based on the previews, it looks like we'll be seeing more of Wild Dog.

I guess this wasn’t answered, but Paycock after the first couple of episodes. I like the show enough I’ll subscribe to it for a couple of months. Not a lot additional exclusive stuff to keep me interested after this one finishes.

Figured it wouldn't get renewed. It was "okay" but seemed to drag the story far too long. Might've been better as a movie.

This show premiered in September and this thread has been dead since October and it seems like no one talked about it at all. Here and in general. My guess is being on Peacock didn’t really give it a chance to find an audience. When I brought up this show with a coworker, he asked what Network is it on? I said Peacock and he was like Ugh, I don’t subscribe to it.

Oh well. I think the majority who has Peacock only uses free tier or subscribe hops on a month to month basis for certain shows or movies. I know several here only subscribed for Halloween Kills and then cancelled.​​​​​​.

I didn't care for it. It might have been more interesting if DC had been a character, but they didn't film it there. As it was, I was never in any real rush to finish it.

It was very mediocre. It took forever to get anywhere and the big plot twist was so unbelievable, it almost made me mad I wasted time with it.

I’m a huge fan of the Langdon series, but this was just nothing spectacular. Good performances, but this is also the weakest of the Langdon books. The result of this was about as good it could get. Had they done Origin, which is where they hinted at in the last episode, it probably would have fared better.
