EPIC ELSEWORLDS CROSSOVER KICKS OFF TONIGHT - When Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) and Oliver Queen (guest star Stephen Amell) wake up one morning and realize they have swapped bodies with each other, the two set off to find out what disturbed the timeline to cause such a shift. Barry and Oliver realize they need Supergirl's (guest star Melissa Benoist) help and travel to Smallville on Earth-38 where they end up meeting Kara's cousin, Clark Kent (guest star Tyler Hoechlin), and intrepid reporter, Lois Lane (guest star Elizabeth Tulloch). LaMonica Garrett guest stars as The Monitor.

Kevin Tancharoen directed the episode written by Eric Wallace & Sam Chalsen (#509). Original airdate 12/9/2018.

Part 1 of 3 and special night for The Flash. Continues Monday night on Arrow. Again Legends of Tomorrow is not involved.

I’m behind on these shows.

Are these self contained I forget from last year?

Still watching but ...OMG....

Totally geeking out at them using the Smallville theme and old Kent farm set. Kind of a bummer not seeing Welling though.

Damn. I didn’t want that to be over. Bring on the next part.

I said the same thing last year... these crossovers are better than the Justice League movie. I just watched that again today too. And it holds true.

That was pretty badass. And I like the little jokes, like the supposed lack of toilets in the meta prison.
I wish these crossovers were edited into movies and released on dvd, but afaik that’s never been done with the prior ones.

That was so awesome. Loved the banter between Oliver and Barry. It was very funny.

Loved that they used Save Me from Smallville when they went to the Kent Farm. They kind of wrote Elizabeth Tulloch’s Lois like Erica Durance’s Lois.

And glad to see Superman being awesome and not a punching bag for Supergirl.

Just a super fun hour. I wanted more. I’m curious how they will tie in 1990s John Wesley Shipp Flash.

Oh boy! This is why I've stuck around the Arrowverse even though it usually just disappoints.

Great episode. Excited for the rest of Elseworlds.

Great start. Clearly the leads still got it and can deliver a solid episode when the material is worthy. If they had left out Wells, this episode would have been perfect.

I was thinking the same thing. No way I would ever buy the season sets given the inconsistency of each series. But I would be all over a cross-over collection. Seems like a huge missed opportunity to not put them out there.

Yeah, this French Wells is unnecessary comic relief. And it has to be said but Candace Patton can't act out of a paper bag. She has negative chemistry with Amell too, which is funny cause Felicity has an amazing on-screen chemistry with Barry Allen.

That was easily the best Flash episode in a long time. Loved the Smallville treatment.

I never watched Arrow and stopped watching Supergirl, but will watch those this week.

I don't want to bring the group down but meh. I'm hoping the next 2 episodes ties it all together. We'll see.

I thought it was a lot of fun but I wonder if there's a specific reason the personalities were swapped, or if it's just collateral damage from the Anti-Monitor and The Doctor's meddling with Reality.

Only nit pick I had was that they played that same Earth-90 scene yet again at the beginning. This was the 4th played that scene.

I enjoyed that.

Real Oliver would never get sucker punched by Ralph.

They said AMAZO was created partly with a derivative of Miracuru that ARGUS had. Which leads me to believe that that's the serum Diaz injected himself with a few episodes back. I speculated it was something like that in the Arrow thread.

5 mins in and this is already hilarious.

That was fucking awesome. These are, far and away, the best episodes each year.

The actress who played Lois Lane sucked assm. She looked 10 years older than Superman.

I don't have a real problem with the appearance in age. They already established that Kryptonians age slower on Earth, so it makes sense that Lois would currently look older than him.

Tulloch is 6 years older than Hoechlin , Amy Adams is 9 years older than Cavil

Elizabeth Tulloch (Lois) is actually younger than Smallville Lois Erica Durance.

They interviewed her today on DC Daily:

Forward to 3:35 to see the interview. She talks about working on the crossover and how she was cast and working with Tyler Hoechlin.
