Everyone getting frustrated and lashing out against their friends and family this season.

The evidence of corruption on the flash drive should at least show up anonymously at one of the tv stations. Unless Diaz controls them too.

Yeah, a smarter solution would have been leaking that evidence to the media. Honestly, I'm glad Ollie's run as mayor is over.Originally Posted by rw2516

This was an interesting episode mostly because it stripped away the "team" scenes for more personal exchanges between characters.
I know some haven't enjoyed this season but I've mostly liked it. At times even more than the Flash, which kills me to admit in public. The characters actually appear in their costumes and the show has never forgotten that Green Arrow is an action-driven concept.

Liked the opening fight scene through the station - Arrow always seems to be the best of their 'verse in staging these so that it doesn't appear people are just standing around waiting for a bad guy to do something.
Otherwise tiring of the lets pile on Oliver plotline ...

Seeing Adrian Chase again was good. It was alright but nothing spectacular. Not sure why Felicity had to run the entre way to the police station.

I will put this out there only because I've seen it in a couple of different places. This isn't a spoiler per se for the season but affects the future of the Arrow franchise.

If that's true, it makes me wonder that, given how many times the bunker's been invaded by groups of thugs it is surprising the cops didn't see anything.Originally Posted by randian

Big changes behind the scenes.
Marc Guggenheim and Wendy Mericle are leaving as showrunners. Guggenheim will stay on as a consultant for this and Legends of Tomorrow.
Beth Schwartz, a writer and co-EP on Arrow, is now the new sole showrunner. According to this story, it looks like Schwartz was personally groomed by Berlanti. She's been with him for 16 years starting out as his Assistant on Everwood.

Seven years would not be a bad run. I do hope next season all the infighting stops for the most part.

Of all the Arrowverse CW shows, Arrow is by far the most male-driven. This could be a repeat of when the CW put a woman in as primary showrunner on Supernatural, which didn't go well. But maybe she'll bring something new to the table.Originally Posted by DJariya

With the original showrunners leaving, this smells like Arrow's last season next year.

I’ve love to see all these Arrowverse shows drop down to 13 episodes. It’d free up some time slots and we could have 3-4 shows in the fall, with another 3-4 in the spring. It would probably limit the ability to do huge crossovers a bit, but I’d be willing to sacrifice that for tighter seasons and some new characters.
