Meh, didn’t care for this episode.

I love the time period, and would have loved to see more exploration around town. But I’m guessing the writers didn’t want to go that route since Back to the Future already set the bar.

I do like the idea of Rittenhouse sleeper agents, so I like the overall story arc.

Oh, I thought it was a good episode. Probably the most relaxed we’ve ever seen Wyatt.

I really thought the race track setup was cool.

I think the really interesting development was Jia. Previously I thought her visions were flashbacks. Now they’re clearly glimpses into the future. Plus it was a waking state instead of a blackout. I wonder how far or detailed they will get.

In other news, Rittenhouse grandfather is certifiable.

I liked the setting for the 2nd episode. Also, they did a good job with the set design/cars and costumes along with the music.

Like how this show usually incorporates real historical figures. Wendell Scott was a real life NASCAR Driver.

and yeah Wyatt wasn't as uptight as he was he most episodes. Him and Lucy are definitely getting closer.

I'm curious what's going on with Jiya and her visions.

I liked how they were extremely paranoid about not damaging the car in that high speed chase.

Another great piece of real Black history put into the mix.

Seems like it's just a matter of time until they have Lucy and Wyatt get it on.

Very intrigued by Jiya seeing what the near future. I suspect they will finally realize this and it will be key to how they beat Rittenhouse at their own game.

I must have gotten mixed up in episode 1 of the second season (since Rittenhouse had people on the ground), but they implied the plan was to take Keynes back with them. We’re they going to make a second trip? Lucy, her mom and Emma had travelled back to the war, but as the Lifeboat crew said and demonstrated in season one a four person crew/Trip is a no no.

My guess is right about the time Lucy and Wyatt profess their love for each other... either Wyatt's dead wife will somehow resurface/someone will figure out how to prevent her death, or they'll figure out how to bring back Lucy's sister but it will be at the expense of current events like Lucy and Wyatt's budding romance. Something's got to keep them apart to keep it interesting!

I think Wyatt and Lucy get together right around the time of sweeps. This show is hanging by a thread in the ratings. They can't afford upsetting fans with a dangling romance plot for too long.

Sadly I can see them doing the playing the "wife is potentially alive" game despite this series not having the luxury of knowing they have a long leash and lots of episodes to resolve things in future seasons. Essentially because it was a big deal at the beginning of the series and it would be a good way for the writers to tie the seasons together.

As a non-fan of racing I figured most of the cars were based on real drivers, and their cars, but only caught a few of the obvious ones.
