OLIVER AND DINAH FACE OFF - Oliver (Stephen Amell) continues his battle with Cayden James (guest star Michael Emerson). Dinah (Juliana Harkavy) and Oliver have a major disagreement that endangers the life of one of their own. Mairzee Almas directed the episode written by Beth Schwartz & Oscar Balderrama (#612). Boy if Vigilante is really dead(big if since he's a healer) I cant think of a worse way that they could have handled his character. His reveal was kind of a fart in church, then he becomes a bad guy, who becomes a good guy, then is basically killed off by a loud ear ache. Granted you cant blow his head up but still.
I actually liked the flashbacks giving some context to Dinah and Vigilante's relationship.
The whole two teams thing is still incredibly stupid since it boils down to basically "We aren't a team anymore! Oh but here lets share intel and go in the field together since you know, we need each other".
Shame Emerson is being wasted like he is, and if this all turns out to be masterminded by the FBI agent I'm going to be pissed.

That actress playing Dinah is probably the best actor this cast has had in its entire run. I think that was Vigilante's actual death, I don't think it's a trick.
I wonder where that entire plot with evil Laurel and Lance is going?

"so he died for nothing?!" well, i mean, if you were there to help with the bomb, perhaps he would have died for a greater good.

Almost everyone on the show suffers from varying levels of sociopathy with the exception of maybe Felicity and Curtis (and maybe John), so why I would have sympathy for one person over another is beyond me.

I'm thinking Black Canary modulated her voice so that it was only a feign death effect on Vigilante.

Jesus, just teasing Quentin that Black Siren may have any "good" in her was silly. 
This episode just proved that she has absolutely nothing redeemable about her.

The writing and plot holes are so bad this year it's mind numbing. It's actually worse than S4. I'm starting to hope those rumors about Amell being ready to move on next year are true.
