Digs is a druggie, say it aint so.

There was some cool synergy here, as this anti-vigilante bill could be the precursor for the dystopia seen in this week’s LoT. That could be be an ongoing plotline crossing into Flash eventually. Although it may be too similar to Marvel’s storylines.

Well, DC did have the whole Meta-registration storyline when Lex was president. Even Dark Knight Returns has a similar plot (as I always say, Green Batman).

Diggle doing drugs?!? You'd think he'd be the last guy to do that.

Man at least bring Roy back and introduce Green Lantern if they are going to retread that plot line.

It's really weird seeing Diggle in the Arrow costume. David Ramsey is really buff and stocky compared to Amell's lean appearance.

But, there was some good chemistry with him, Rene, Canary and Mr. Terrific in their fight sequences.

Drugs boo. The fight between Diggle and Onyx in and around the limo was well done/shot.

Agreed about the limo fight. That was a fantastic sequence.

I really hope devoting all this screen time to Oliver's son eventually pays off.

I thought it was alright. Kind of curious where the Diggle storyline will be going. I liked the limo fight scene. Still hate William and hope there is a pay off other than him becoming a Robin type character. I wonder if the whole Diggle in the costume storyline was just because Amell wanted a break?

While the limo fight itself was fine, it really made no sense that the assassination target, who is a highly trained special forces operative himself, is just cowering in a corner like a bitch while the other two got it on.

The limo fight scene made the episode. Other than that everything is just going in circles with typical CW plot devices.

You've read too many of my posts. I was going to speculate in the original post where I think the show is going with Oliver's son but thought better of it.

I get the feeling the CW is testing out whether Diggle could play the Green Arrow if/when Amell walks away. Supergirl's collapse in the ratings has made Arrow a more desirable CW property going forward. Amell's contract is coming up soon and you always want leverage in the negotiations.

The producers and CW will closely watch how fans respond to Diggle playing the Green Arrow.
