Still watching and enjoying the show overall. This last episode was pretty. You things are less than great when even the scenes with Quinlan are a let down.

I'll be truly disappointed if the series lets Eph's son Zack off the hook. I want him to die a truly horrible death, or suffer a fate worse than death.

Yeah I lol'd at this. I had zero idea Eph was even in Philly until this last episode. Assumed he was in NYC. Rhona Mitra is completely wasted in this. She had had like 3 lines in the 2 episodes she has been in.

Regardless of the show's initial intent, you'd have to think the writers can't be so clueless as to think viewers are rooting for Zack to be "saved". I'm hoping that the scene where he taunts the rat while feeding the snake is indicative of that ... this isn't a "child in peril" character but a true villain. The "happy" ending for the show would be for Eph to realize that and take out his son along with the Master.

This show is timely as shit. A year ago I'd be like there's no way all these people would betray the human race for small creature comforts, or most of the country would accept that other countries set off these nukes to block out the sun, not the striggoi that are harmed by the sun. August 2017, I have no doubt that I'd have people on my Facebook saying how much better off we were under striggoi rule, and how resistance people are the enemies of humanity.

I think that is a fascinating topic that they will miss out on Cleaver. Whether it is due to time constraints (final season) or simplistic writing, I doubt we will explore this very deeply. There is no doubt the black and red armbands are meant to hasten thoughts of Nazi Germany.

History has shown there are always collaborators who put their own best interest before the good of the world. Some do so completely willingly while others get caught up in the mania.

If haven't seen it, go watch the original "V" mini-series. They make an excellent parable to Nazi Germany.

Quinlan was hardcore.

"Why did you kill him?!"

"Because I said I would."

Possibly the reason I'm still watching. I never liked his acting, or his emo hair, I hope they kill him.
