I was watching a Podcast and someone said that Episode 7 of each previous season is where 'the shit hit the fan' so this slow buildup might start to payoff this week.

That was cold-blooded of Gabriel to tell Philip to keep Paige away from all the spy stuff when she's probably last the point of no return.

Yeah, that was really cold ... they are really playing up the "are we sure we are doing the right thing here" angle .. which makes me wonder if it is a misdirect

Remember Claudia was the one who didn't want Mischa to meet Phillip either, so it looks like Gabriel is getting out for many reasons he never agreed with.
I'm still interested to see who Stan's girlfriend really is?

This season is a very nice slow build-up. Still no idea where it's going.
Could be the end of the wheat storyline, or not. Something's gonna happen with this shrink's dossiers surely, and then about this Russian couple they're friends with. And then with Stan and this current mission or losing his job.

Really good episode. I kind of missed that Oleg tracked down the file on his mother's internment.
EW has an "A" recap/review of the episode that ventures down some interesting (and certainly possible) speculation on the future of the show that I, for one, had never considered :
