Instead of stealing the time machine, maybe it would be better the next time they go back in time, after that, then go to the 80's instead of coming back to the present. Save the wife then come to the present. Come up with some excuse why they had to stop. Flux capacitor not totally fluxing.

I didn't think they would fix Wyatt's problem so easily but it turned out much darker than I expected. His actions basically killed that guy.

That speech by Anthony about Rittenhouse's ultimate plan was vague claptrap, telling me the showrunner has no idea what the ultimate plan is. They are clearly making up the plot as it goes along, which is a huge danger in a time travel plot.

You have to wonder if the reason everything was such a deep dark secret was that even the writers didn't know what was going on.

I was under the impression the Lifeboat had to be refueled between mission (one back and one forward) unlike the nuclear fueled mothership. Maybe it can't do all that jumping without refueling.

I love the 80s and all its music glory. Damn, this storyline was a buzzkill. And I mean that in a good way. That's how powerful that ending was for me.

The original timeline is so f'd up, it's probably impossible to save Wyatt's wife. They've probably branched off the timeline so many times, how the hell do you get back?

Episode turned out different than I thought it would. Obvious now why they just happened to run into the female pilot. Nice knowing you Anthony. (Coincidence that Max Headroom dies in a 80's flashback episode?) Should be a great last 3 episodes including how they deal with Wyatt going forward.

Mte. I have the feeling that somehow Wyatt's wife will turn up as a cliffhanger in the last episode which might be the series finale.

Good Epsode as usual.

Liked how time pushed back like in the 11/22/63 King book with the tornado interrupting Logan trying to
"ball block" serial killer's dad.

This show is what Legends of Tomorrow should strive to be.

Re: Timeless (S1E13) -- "Karma Chameleon" -- 1/30/17

Totally didn't see that coming. You could see before they went back he was in denial and convincing himself that his wife would be alive. I'm not saying Flynn was playing Wyatt, because he does seem straight forward, but it seemed too weird to me that the guy it jail knew who Wyatt was. Something seemed too off about that.

I did think for a while in the bar that Wyatt and Rufus were going to end up being the reason the killers parents hooked up to begin with. Regardless, total gut punch with how everything ended up.

The scene at the beginning between Lucy and Wyatt , and between Jiya and Lucy, were interesting. I think they both know something is there between the two of them.

I feel like Lucy's meeting with her dad should have had a bigger impact. Other than saying Rittenhouse is in your blood (sounded cliche), I expected a big revelation.

Looking forward to next week. I seriously hope this show gets another season, even if it's only 13 episodes.

Good episode. Liked hearing and seeing all the 80's mentions.

Felt bad for Wyatt. He really screwed things up. That was pretty crazy that he went back as far as trying to stop his wife's killer from being born.
