I was watching this show just for the crossover and it took so long to get to the crossover part, I thought I had recorded the wrong episode. Instead of a solid 4 part arc spread across the 4 shows it seemed more like four separate shows with a sub-plot tied in.

Agreed. The Flash was fun and Legends was almost as fun, but it was definitely lacking in the other two shows. I'd love to see a full-on crossover next season.
