Shade the Changing Man would be awesome especiually the Ditko version but I doubt that's what the title refers to.

I thought the title was referring to Shade from the GA Flash comics but I hope it will be the James Robinson version.

I enjoyed it. Not a big fan of Savitar's look though. He looks way too much like Ultron. Not much to say otherwise. I think the Flash is consistently the best of the CW superhero series easily. Also forgot to mention while I enjoy goody HR Wells I miss prickish yet deep down lovable Wells from Earth 2.

That was pretty badass at the end. Savitar did look like Ultron, but still looked cool.

I don't remember, did they send Grodd to Earth 2? When they mentioned him in this episode, and the way Wells talked about him and the gorillas it seemed like maybe Grodd was sent to his earth. A bit of foreshadowing since we know we will get a Grodd episode this year.

The last we saw Grodd he was about to enter Gorilla City on Earth 2.

The show has basically ignored Barry and Caitlin's friendship for a whole season now, in my mind to the detriment of both characters. It will be interesting to see what kind of role Barry plays as the Killer Frost story now plays out.

Very solid episode but I found the ending very confusing. Was obvious that another speedster showed up but not clear how it was related to Alchemy.

Not a fan of HR. Hopefully they improve on that or swap him out soon because I otherwise like the other Wells characters we had in S1 and S2.

But I still hate HR.

I like HR for a change of pace - he's goofy as shit but I think Tom is having a blast playing him - as long as he's not here FOREVER, I'm cool with it.

I don't mind HR as a change of pace from Earth 2 Wells. I'm guessing we get a new Wells practically every season.

Generally a fun episode but man, Shade might just be the worst villain they've ever done. Did he even get a line of dialogue? And the shame is that he's a classic comics villain/anti-hero and could've been pretty awesome, especially if they took a cue from James Robinson's "Starman" series. Maybe we'll get a reboot.

Also, I'm wishing I was a bit more invested in Darth Vader I mean Alchemy, and yet another speedster villain is a bit of a whiff. I hope they're going somewhere unexpected with all this.

Am i right that only Barry could see Savitar? It was kind of hard to tell.

Yes, I rewatched the final few minutes and when Jesse Martin was looking at Barry being held by the neck by him Savitar wasn't there, Barry was just pressed against the ceiling

Van Helsing has a flash crossover. Well not really but it is fun to think so when you see who shows up.
