Co-stars who hated each other?
With the recent demise of Castle it seems that the hatred between Fillion and Katic had something to do with a change in direction. Unusual that in this age of social media it was a pretty well kept secret.
I remember back in the day, Starsky and Hutch did not get along.
Gabe Kaplan and Marcia Strassman from Welcome Back Kotter didn't talk to each other except on camera.
Shannon Doherty has pretty much been hated on any set she's been on.
Moonlighting was one of our favorite shows but I remember reading how Bruce Willis would eat garlic or onions before a kissing scene and Cybill Shepard would bite his lip.
What are some others?

Three's Company: Suzanne Sommers made things pretty hard for Joyce DeWitt and John Ritter when she didn't like the contracts. Nearly ruined the show the three of them had built.

Eriq LaSalle wasn't liked on the set of ER.
I hear Mark Harmon is a giant bully on NCIS and the reason Weatherly and de Pablo left.
Word is the Criminal Minds cast is thrilled Gibson is gone.
Jeanette McCurdy and Ariana Grande reportedly did not get along at all on their short-lived Nick show.
Kate Mulgrew did not like Jeri Ryan at all for all the attention Jeri got. Jeri never returned the hate, though. I also heard Garrett Wang wasn't popular either.
And for something a little different, Avery Brooks wanted out of DS9 but they wouldn't let him, so he basically withdrew as much as possible and many episodes had to be carried by other actors. It got to the point secondary characters like Bashir and O'Brien had more screen time than the station captain.

On Martin, after Tisha Campbell sued Martin Lawerence for sexual harassment, she made an agreement for the final season that she would only come in to film her scenes when Lawrence wasn't there.

Funny you should bring this up on the day Kenny Baker died. Anthony Daniels has said less than flattering things about him...but Anthony Daniels is kind of a jerk to most of his co-stars.

Lena Headey (Cersei) and Jerome Flynn (Bronn) on Game of Thrones. They used to date prior to the show but it ended badly and now they can't stand each other and refuse to do scenes with each other. The only scene where they have come even close to another was a short scene in Season 2 where Cersei leaves Tyrion's room and silently walks past Bronn and her guards, who are outside arguing and about to fight.
And of course, Will Smith and Janet Huber (the OG Aunt Viv) from Fresh Prince of Belair, who still hate each other to this day.

Apparently Juliana Margulies hated Archie Panjabi so much that the final scene between their characters was shot separately and composited.

Bea Arthur and Betty White hated each other.
Model turned Actress Cristina Raines and Morgan Fairchild hated each other on the set of Flamingo Road. According to Raines something good came out of this though, since they played rivals on the show their performance benefited from their hatred.

Tisha Campbell and Martin Lawrence didn't get along on the old FOX comedy Martin even though they were a couple on the show.

This article details the show's disastrous final season when she even filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against him.
Rumor was that they actually hooked up, but she dumped him shortly after she started dating and got engaged to actor Duane Martin. That made things ugly on the set.

The relationship soured so bad that they were hardly in any scenes together in Martin's final season.

Not to mention that they went from having multiple scenes together EVERY episode in the early years to having ZERO scenes together for a few SEASONS.

Re: Co-stars who hated each other?
Wang and Beltran were both rightfully pissy that their characters were given minimal development and their parts were often shoved into the script to satisfy contractual obligations. (Beltran was also annoyed that the writers' knowledge of Native American culture consisted of half-remembered facts they learned as Webelos, and they never made an attempt to learn more.) The writers considered dumping both of them at various points -- IIRC, Wang was saved when Jennifer Lien's drug addiction forcing her off the show.

After being an idiot and leaving a successful show she probably wouldn't make that mistake again.
Must be hooking up with a co-worker and then getting dumped is bad for the morale. Didn't Fillion and Katic supposedly hook up early in the run?

Re: Co-stars who hated each other?
After googling it, the Long/Grammer thing came from Grammer's autobiography (which I read back in the day). The jist of it was the writers/producers hated Long and she was annoyed by Grammer so they kept him on to in turn, annoy her. Seems pretty elaborate just to piss someone off.
Cheers writer Ken Leving refuted Grammer's claims a few years ago on his blog.
Also apparently this was during this stretch of Cheers when Grammer was at the height of his drug and alcohol problems. So grain of salt with the autobiography. However it seems he still maintains his story when interviewed about it.
Looks like it was four episodes, the first of which was a 30 second sight gag which was so secretive, NBC was unaware so the gag wouldn't be ruined by marketing/commercials.

Another from ER: Sharif Atkins, who played Dr. Gallant, was said to be a major diva on the set and disliked by everyone. So I wasn't surprised when his character was killed off.
